For Business Central partners
What the customer asks three months after go-live
The course covered the standard. The questions are about the customer's own setup - their chart of accounts, their approval workflow, their item numbers. None of it is in any guide from Microsoft, and you're the ones who get the call.

What comes back to you
Rarely anything difficult. It's the same handful of workflows a new employee needs to be shown - and they're shown from scratch every time.
The course covers the system, not the setup
Microsoft Learn and your own material describe Business Central as it comes. The customer works in the version you set up for them.
The super user you trained has changed jobs
The training lived in the heads of two or three people. When one of them left, the questions came back to you instead.
The handover is a meeting and a hope
Go-live ends with a walkthrough. Three months later, what was said in the meeting can't be retrieved.
How it fits into the implementation you're doing anyway
There's no extra track to run. The processes are walked through during training and acceptance testing - that's where the recording happens.
- 1
You run through the process
As you already do when the customer needs to see what their flow looks like. Record the screen meanwhile. If you have Page Scripting recordings from Business Central, they can be imported instead.
- 2
The AI writes the draft
Steps with matching screenshots and text. The import runs in the background, so you can move on to the next item on the agenda.
- 3
The consultant fixes the terminology
If a field has a particular name at the customer, it's written the way it's called. That's the half hour that makes the difference between a guide that gets used and one that doesn't.
- 4
The customer has them from day one
Assigned to the right departments, with a deadline and progress per person - so the customer can see for themselves who has completed.
What it gives you
Not a new line of business. One more thing that goes out the door with you when you hand over.
Your name on it, not ours
Each customer gets their own instance with their own name, logo and colors. It's not a shared platform with other people's data - and it doesn't have to look like us.
Something concrete to hand over
The customer's own workflows, written down and there to look up. It's the part of the handover that's usually missing.
The answer is in one place
The questions that keep coming back can be answered where the customer can find them - instead of in a new email thread.
Also when the customer has an office in Malmö
Seven languages, including read-aloud and Word/PDF export. A finished guide can be translated with review: original and translation side by side.

What it isn't
It isn't a course in standard Business Central
That exists at Microsoft, and it's good. This is the customer's own setup - the one no standard course can cover.
It doesn't replace your consultants
A guide can show where to click. It can't set up the chart of accounts or judge whether the process is the right one at all.
It doesn't publish anything by itself
The draft is a draft until it's read through and published. There is no button that sends anything to the customer's employees without you.
We're a partner ourselves. We say so out loud
MyGuides is made by people who have implemented Business Central for thirty years. That's why the product looks the way it does - and also why we know what you don't want. How we stay away from your customers is agreed before we start.
What partners ask
- How is it sold to the customer?
- We agree that with you. There's no fixed partner price on the shelf, and we'd rather make an agreement that fits how you work than put a number on it before we've talked.
- Can we make the guides for the customer?
- Yes. You can make them during the implementation and hand them over finished - or get the customer's super user started making them afterwards. Most end up doing both.
- Who runs the instance?
- The customer has their own. How region, hosting and backup are set up, we go through concretely with you before anyone says yes.
- Can it be used for anything other than Business Central?
- Yes. You create the applications guides are made for yourself. A screen recording is a screen recording - Business Central is just where the product was born.
- Does the customer's auditor need to read along?
- Then a share link to a folder is sent. No accounts, neither for them nor for the customer, and the link expires by itself. The feature is enabled per instance.
- What does it take to get started?
- A conversation about how you work, and an instance to try it on. If you'd like to see it on a process you've implemented yourself, you can send us a recording of it in advance.

A demo takes 25 minutes, and you don't need to prepare anything. If you'd like to see it on your own work, you can send us a recording of a task in advance - and we'll use that.
