AI-based guide portal

From video to guide AI does the work

Import a screen recording of the process into MyGuides. From the video, the AI automatically creates a guide with steps, screenshots and text - ready for review and publishing.

Sound familiar?

Nobody wants to write the guides

A Word file on a shared drive. A screen recording in a Teams thread. And a super user who gets asked the same question every month. It's not ill will - it just takes half a day to write one properly, and nobody has that half a day.

How it works

From recording to published guide - in three steps

The expensive part of a guide isn't the tool or the AI. It's the hours a super user spends writing it.

  1. Step 01

    Record the task

Run through it once while the screen is recorded. If you already have the document in Word or PDF, you can import that instead - the images follow along to the right steps.

    • Video, document or Page Scripting recording from Business Central
    • The import runs in the background - you can close the screen meanwhile
    • Recordings without narration are handled from the screenshots alone

  2. Step 02

    Read through the draft

The steps are written, the screenshots are chosen. Fix what needs fixing. Nothing is published automatically - you do that yourself.

    • The editor saves by itself and tells you if two people are editing the same guide
    • Set the access group and owner before it's published
    • Translate to another language with a side-by-side review

  3. Step 03

    Send it out

Assign it to a person or a whole department, set a deadline, and see who has completed it.

    • The recipient can be one person or a whole access group
    • The group keeps itself up to date when colleagues join or leave
    • A deadline per assignment and progress per employee

The AI writes the draft - A person publishes it

There is no button that sends anything to your colleagues without you.

How the AI import works

Product proof

What it looks like for the person learning it

One step at a time with the screenshot that belongs to it, and a button to mark the step as done. Can be read aloud in a natural voice. If the guide is more description than clicks, it's shown as a document instead.

Step view in MyGuides with step list and language overview

One step at a time. Screenshot, text and a button to mark the step as done. Next and previous. Progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

For the person in charge

You can see whether it's being used

Who is in progress, who has completed, and which guides people drop out of. Assignments with deadlines for individuals or whole departments - and a department group that keeps itself up to date when new colleagues join.

Switching systems?

How you did it before, how you do it now

Record the workflows as they happen today, before you switch. Once the new version is in place, you pair the two - and the employee sees how the task was done before and how it's done now, side by side. One lookup, not two guides you have to hold up against each other yourself.

A demo takes 25 minutes, and you don't need to prepare anything. If you'd like to see it on your own work, you can send us a recording of a task in advance - and we'll use that.
